Full License Text

1. Grant of License

Subject to the terms of this License, Axcora grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual, worldwide license to use Dax Pro for unlimited projects — personal, commercial, and client.

2. Permitted Uses

You may:

  • Install Dax Pro on unlimited sites, servers, and domains
  • Modify the source code to fit your needs
  • Distribute sites built with Dax Pro (compiled HTML output)
  • Use Dax Pro in commercial agency work — one license covers unlimited client projects
  • Combine Dax Pro with your own code, content, and design
  • Sell the site you built with Dax Pro to a client

    • 3. Prohibited Uses

    You may NOT:

  • Resell Dax Pro as a theme — whether on a theme marketplace, GitHub, a theme directory, or any other channel
  • Bundle Dax Pro into a competing theme product, starter kit, or template pack
  • Sublicense Dax Pro to third parties as a standalone product
  • Publish Dax Pro on a public theme repository
  • Remove copyright notices from source code files

4. Underlying Engine

Dax Pro is a theme for the DAX SSG engine. The DAX engine (Program.cs) is licensed under MIT. This License governs the Dax Pro theme only — templates, layouts, CSS, partials, and content.

5. Updates

Your purchase includes lifetime updates to Dax Pro. New versions are available at no additional cost. You will be notified via the email associated with your Gumroad purchase.

6. Support

Email support is included for installation, build, and Decap CMS configuration questions. Response target: 4 business hours. Custom development and migration are not included — see Fiverr for those.

7. Attribution

You must retain copyright notices in source files. You may display a "Powered by Dax Pro" link in your site footer — recommended but not required.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

Dax Pro is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Axcora be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use of Dax Pro.

10. Termination

This License is perpetual and does not expire. It terminates only if you breach the prohibited uses in Section 3. On termination, you must stop using Dax Pro and remove it from all sites.

11. Governing Law

This License is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
